Troy Holt, Director of Operations
As At Lawrence & Schiller TeleServices Director of Operations, Troy is responsible for all operational endeavors, including performance metrics, workforce scheduling, vendor relations and analytics.Troy graduated from Southwest Minnesota State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration and holds an MBA in Management from the University of Sioux Falls. After earning numerous accolades and promotions in his 12-year career with Wells Fargo Financial Bank, Troy joined L&S in 2009 as Director of Operations.
Outside of work, Troy is very active in the community. For his work with Children’s Miracle Network, Wells Fargo awarded him with two Volunteer Service Awards. He has also served on multiple committees in the local Sioux Empire United Way, is currently serving on the Board of Directors with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Sioux Falls and is an active member of the Knights of Columbus.
