What's the one thing you couldn't live without?
Music, especially JAZZ Music. Music is my quiet place, my stress reliever and my creative outlet. Have trombone, will travel.

Most embarrassing moment?
I don't recall ever being embarrassed.

Favorite ad campaign of all time?
"Where's The Beef?" I almost fell out of my chair when I saw that. I also need to pick this one since my wife's name is Wendy!

Favorite quote?
"If we don't have time to do it right the first time, how will we ever have time to do it over?" I don't know who said it, but it has been my mantra for quality operations for a long time.
